Processing Time
Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). During busy periods (holidays, sales, restocks) processing may take a bit longer — we'll reach out if so.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Rates are calculated at checkout based on your order's weight and destination. Orders over $75 ship free within the US. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–7 business days depending on your location. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order is on its way.

Local Pickup — Bainbridge Island
Choose "Local Pickup" at checkout to pick up your order at no charge from our shop at 104 Madison Ave N, Bainbridge Island, WA. We'll email you when your order is ready — please wait for that confirmation before stopping by. Pickup is available during regular store hours.

Local Delivery — Bainbridge Island
For addresses on Bainbridge Island, local delivery is available at checkout. [add fee/threshold once decided] Orders are typically delivered within [X] business days of processing.

We currently ship within the United States only. 

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Hayden's Kids isn't responsible for packages lost, stolen, or delayed by the carrier once marked as shipped, but we're happy to help you file a claim with USPS. If your package arrives damaged, contact us at shop@haydenskids.com within 7 days with photos and we'll make it right.
